ALC 2015 Annual Conference was held in the Music City Nashville, TN during May 6 – 9. As always, it is a great blend of countless networking, learning experience and fun. Topics range from sales, organization communication, data security, ethics to customer complains handling as well as various aspects of the industry. As the largest trade association for businesses in the language services in the US, ALC focuses on the needs of business owners and C-level executives. The conference is designed to provide numerous opportunities to meet successful business owners and professionals. Town hall meeting, Meetup Group, Lunch Roundtables, reception and dinners also offer fantastic chances to share and exchange experience, ask and discuss questions, what’s more, network and party.
Management from MTS also attended the conference and talked to a wide range of colleagues, clients, partners, and translation software / technology platform providers. Getting involved in the event helps us to keep up with the latest trends of our industry, develop leadership skills and further enhance our ability to create greater values for our clients. We are also impressed by the valuable information and resources contained in the 2015 Industry Survey conducted by ALC. It will help us a lot with our market expansion practice in US and Europe.
